If you use high-wattage lights, make sure they are not too close to the art. Also, avoid environments with sources of extreme heat or moisture. High humidity can cause it to absorb moisture, making it feel damp.

Locate wall studs and attach hardware directly to them, as they offer the best support. If you're mounting the art on drywall and cannot locate a stud, use heavy-duty wall anchors, such as toggle bolts, Molly bolts, or picture cleats.
